Bajaj Pulsar P150 bike has been launched in India. It has come as a light and economical bike. Also, two variants are seen in it. Talking about engine power, it has a single-cylinder engine of 149cc.
Bajaj Pulsar P150: Two-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj has launched its new Pulsar bike in the 150cc range. It is a lightweight bike, which is being brought into the lineup above the existing Pulsar 150. Apart from being light, it is also an affordable model in the Pulsar lineup, which has been brought with two variants.
Engine power of Bajaj Pulsar P150
As a powertrain, the new Pulsar P150 bike has a 149cc single-cylinder engine. This engine is capable of generating 14.5hp power at 8,500rpm and 13.5Nm peak torque at 6,000rpm. For transmission, the bike has also been tuned with a 5-speed gearbox.
Lighter than the current model
The new Pulsar P150 bike has been designed in such a way that despite giving tremendous power, it weighs only 140 kg. This makes it 10 kg lighter than the existing Pulsar 150 model in the market. Apart from this, the bike gets a full-LED projector headlight, LED daytime running lamps, LED daytime running lamps, and a semi-digital ‘Infinity’ instrument console. All these features make the P150 look even more premium.
Bajaj Pulsar P150 Safety Features
Many features are seen in this bike for rider safety. For suspension duties, it has been given a 31mm telescopic fork and mono-shock, which is much better than the base model. Apart from this, the bike has a 260mm front disc and 230mm rear disc for the braking system. Also, single-channel ABS system is also available. The bike has been given 165mm of ground clearance to run on all kinds of roads.
Pulsar P150 Colors and Variants
Bajaj Pulsar P150 bike can be bought in two variants like single seat and split seat. The single-seat variant gets a rear drum brake and single-piece handlebar, while the split-seat variant gets a rear disc brake and clip-on handlebar.
Bajaj Pulsar P150 Price
Talking about the price, Bajaj Pulsar P150 has been launched for Rs 1.17 lakh. In its segment, it competes with Honda Unicorn, Yamaha FZ Fi V3, and TVS Apache RTR 160.
