Detel has launched its affordable electric scooter Deetal Easy Plus at the Ride Asia Expo, priced at Rs 39,999. It is the cheapest electric scooter in the country. The company has also started booking this scooter and customers can book it by visiting the official website. Customers will have to pay a token amount of Rs 1,999 for booking.

Each paid bike will be equipped with pre paid road side assistance. If the bike breaks down, customers can call a tollfree number (844 844 0449), and a car will be sent to its location from where it will be delivered to any service point within the 40 KM radius of the bike. The bike is exempted from RTO registration and does not require a license to run.
