Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara: The long-awaited Maruti Grand Vitara has finally entered India. It has been launched at Rs 10.45 lakh which goes up to Rs 19.65 lakh for the top models. As for the variants, you get to choose from trims like Sigma, Delta, Alpha, Alpha, Zeta, and Zeta Plus. At the same time, this vehicle can be purchased from Maruti’s Nexa outlet.
Powertrain of Grand Vitara
The powertrain of the Maruti Grand Vitara gets a Toyota-sourced Atkinson Cycles petrol engine, which is mated to an electric motor. This engine makes 79hp power and 141Nm peak torque. At the same time, the hybrid powertrain combined makes 115hp and is mated to an e-CVT gearbox.
On the other hand, there is also an option of a 1.5-liter K15C petrol mild-hybrid engine. This engine is capable of generating a power of 103hp. Also, the SUV has been brought with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
