Tata Motors is known for launching special variants of its SUVs. Last month, the company launched the jet variants of Nexon Harrier and Safari. The company has now launched the camo variant of its smallest SUV Punch in the Indian market.
The company has launched the camo variant of its smallest SUV Punch in the Indian market. The Camo Edition of the Tata Punch will be sold along with the Kaziranga Edition and the standard model. This SUV was launched in October last year. Tata Camo Edition makes a comeback in India with a punch. It originally made its debut in 2020 with the Tata Harrier. It has also received some cosmetic updates.
The Tata Camo variant is available with a price tag of Rs 6.85 lakh. This car is available in both MT and AMT transmission. It also gets a 7” Harman infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay with 6 speakers, 16-inch charcoal diamond-cut alloy wheels and a reverse parking camera. Along with this, it also gets LED DRLs and tail lamps, push start/stop button, cruise control and front fog lamps. Its color is of green colour.
The Tata Punch Camo Edition comes with a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol motor. It generates maximum power of 86 PS at 6,000 rpm and peak torque of 113 Nm at 3,300 rpm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. It also gets projector headlamps, LED DRLs, auto folding ORVMs, roof rails, 90-degree door openings, puddle lamps and LED tail lamps.
Talking about the interiors of the car, it gets 7-inch TFT instrument console, floating 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system by Harman, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, temperature control, USB charging port, cooled glove box and leather steering and gear knob.
In terms of safety, it gets ABS with EBD, brake sway control, follow-me-home headlamps, anti-glare IRVM, reverse parking camera, cruise control, traction control and rain sensing wipers. Along with this, features like panic notification, intrusion alert, emergency SMS, remote command, live vehicle diagnosis, OTA update and location-based service have been provided.

This new company will further strengthen the sales of Tata Punch and sales will also increase. It accounts for 24% of our total PV sales. At the same time, the compact SUV segment has a market share of 15%.
