Along with this, the company has been offering its mid-size sedan in four hybrid models starting with EX-L, Sport-L, and Touring. Let us tell you that all these are equipped with a new, fourth-generation hybrid-electric system with two motors. Its engine is a brand new 2-litre Atkinson cycle four-cylinder with two electric motors mounted side-by-side.
In the hybrid variant, it generates 201bhp and 334 Nm peak torque. Whereas the hybrid system in Honda cars is more responsive while driving at highway speeds. Other models in the Accord lineup include the LX and EX. It has a total of four drive modes. There is a second mode with the Eecon and Normal with the Sport and with the Hybrid model.
It gets features like black grille mesh and body-colored side mirrors in the LX, EX, and EX-L trims. On the other hand, in the Sport and Sport-L models, the black side mirrors and rear spoiler add to the sporty styling. While the Touring model gets unique gloss-black 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside the cabin, it will get a 10.2-inch digital driver instrumentation display, a 12.3-inch touchscreen for the top trim with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay will also be available.
